As you all know for the last 40 years LA CO Government has become tangled in a web of giant bureaucracy and that is only due to - There is no time limit or term limit for elected officials like five supervisors who are in power for lifetime as if they are Royalty. Most of the government officers like President and Governors have 8 year term limit.

Due to absolute power like a dictator as nobody can remove them until they die of a stroke or heart attack. We the people of county are at mercy of supervisors, their families, friends, vested interest and corrupt administration. They perpetuated misery of people including poor, seniors, woman, and children and destroyed the family unit.

County Supervisors restless behavior and attitude can not be challenged by any good citizen who believes in democracy because their is no level filled. Example of this is the supervisors can spend for election millions of dollars collected from vested interest and contractors and lobbyist but new contestant is forced to spend no more than 20000 dollars of his own money in a effort like committee to elect new comer like Dr Shah in March 2004. About ruling of 20000 dollar limit by a new candidate was made by five incumbent so they never face challenge of removal by a new candidate by fair election.
