I am medical rehab / pain specialist and lived in La County for 33 years.
I am working in La County as physician specialist for 32 years.
I wanted to serve poor or needy and give to community my services freely.
Due to attitude and actions of La County bureaucrats in past 25 years I could not serve community well I am again  candidate in election on 2008.
I seek truth and can walk alone to protect rights of patient.
Good quality of medical care is birth rights of all citizens in California
Being a patient rights advocate, I faced retaliation, harassment and my image credibility was tarnished but my commitment is strong even after paying a heavy price.
I did organized 75 or more health fairs in La County in last 25 years.
I did all types of volunteer work actively in all Southern California communities
I started groups, served societies, communities, in cultural,social,religious and political awareness processes. Founder of executive body member of / trustees of and president of many groups. Lions club member. I am FIASC president in 2003 & I was chairman of federation of Indo American associations FIASC in 2004.(220,000 Indo Americans). I worked with all good leaders in USA 
I received gold medal for services in 2003 from NRCC.
In 2003 I received physician of the year award from NRCC in Washington
I have many certificates, awards, recognitions and plaques too.
I served in ANG USAF as flight surgeon and in rank of major retired.
I am team player, expert as physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine
I am trustworthy, honest, truthful, sincere, open, accountable and expect same from all team members if they want to serve people.
I am reliable experienced activists leader of community for 30 years.
